The fallen swami

Recent news of Swami Nithyananda being found in compromised positions with some women made a huge uproar and he was put behind bars. He may be on the path to become Swami, who is master of senses, but nature duped him well. He was a old thug as reported by breaking news channels.

I got this from Times of India where the author sees nature as plotter. It devises this idea of propagation of species by providing several promotional schemes to get the job done. The physical and physiological pressures are created within us to satisfy surge of sex which is merely a soft packaging of the idea to give birth. But human as they always do, challenged this procreation of nature and devised contraception to avoid birth. However nature made sure that the result of such recreational sex remains in the form of sensory impressions in the mind (vasnaas) which in turn keep the flare up for the next gust of passion. So the next challenge for humans becomes to win over these gusts of passion.

Nithyananda, the fallen Swami, like us is some where on the path to learn. I will just let him be..

My Name is DV Gandhi

My name is Deep Ved Gandhi. I m touting like SRK did in his recent flick MNIK. So you must be wondering why a new surname. Well why not! My friend just gave me this brilliant idea. According to him some people get direct benefits for being gandhi, khan etc. So here I m., from now on I m Deep Ved Gandhi. Recently Varun Gandhi got the post in BJP core committee even after brazen remarks spouted during an election rally. Rahul baba is known for everything now a days - youth icon, prince charming, eligible bachelor, great ruler and even future Indian PM . Well who says whats in name, come to india and everything is in name only. So now I m DV Gandhi.
In-fact everyone should suffix a Gandhi to their surname to show the love and reap the benefits.

phir mile sur ..absurd!

The best rendition and thoughtful cinematography with right casting made mile sur mera tumhara, a real unity and diversity symbol. The sweet voice of Lata, the terrains of Assam, the Taj, the beaches of goa, trains, crowd, sports, religions and cultural infusion represented the true India.
But what do you see in the current "phir mile sur mera tumhara" is in question. It's a representation of the big bullies in bollywood and music. You see a good start with Amitaab followed by stalwarts like Shankar mahadevan with his band. But then it dissolves into flattery. You see dipika padukone semi nude trying to act and lip sync on a beach, as if trying to do yet another film rather than a national integrity video. A similarity can be drawn to Ranbir.
I missed the serenity of J&K. I missed the camels in Rajasthan and the worst of all, I see Gohil representing Gujarat. Really!!! sabarmati ashram, mallika sarabhai or even Parash Raval would have done more good than Gohil. Why is shamak davar attempting kucchipudi. Any cultural dance maestro, on this sight, would burn with disgust. I m so thankful, Rakhi sawant was not appreciated to represent the diversity.

Though, I see some old faces with their kids and it, probably, was meant for publicity but what happened to the queen of music, Lata Mangeshkar. Certainly this video can not do justice to all the Indians who still listen to her voice once a day atleast in one form or another. How can something represent India with out Lata and Taj.

I can appreciate that they showed a lot of new generation like shreya ghoshal, abhinav bindra and vijendra but I dont understand the absence of Cricket stars like Dhoni and Tendulkar. I can see Karan Johar but not Rajkumar Hirani, Ashutosh Govarikar or Naseerudin Shah.

Who represents the morden age IT revolution, can some graduates not be shown standing with Ranbir kapoor to share a little presence. What about chandrayaan, isn't a simple picture of it will show the leap country has made in all these years. What about some TV stars? Why shahid and priyanka or Ranbir and dipika and not Madhuri? What about abhishek and Aishwarya? I mean it looks families' diversity are being portrayed. Earlier version was people centric, the stars were part of people making Indian union. The message was clear that we are one, though being different.

Lastly, I was deeply hurt to watch new phir mile sur mera tumhara. It started good but ended up being merely a 17 min manish malhotra fashion event. It was profusely the representation of vanity of some stars and their families. All in all, this 17 min creation is no match of its olden 6+ minutes counterpart in anyway.
